Shipping Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
• All orders are processed and shipped from Europe. We strive to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays or local postal service disruptions).

2. International Shipping
• We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. However, due to safety concerns and logistical challenges, we do not ship to countries currently experiencing armed conflicts, severe political instability, or embargoes.

3. Customs and Import Duties
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

4. Tracking and Delivery
• All shipments include tracking to ensure visibility during transit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal issues, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs fees, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
• If re-shipping is not requested, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any fees incurred.

6. Lost or Damaged Items
• In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Insurance claims may take additional time to process.

7. Exclusions
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO).
• Orders to countries in conflict or regions classified as unsafe by logistics providers will be automatically canceled and refunded.

8. Customer Responsibility
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete.
• Customers are encouraged to track their shipments and promptly pick up packages if delivery attempts are made.

9. Changes to Delivery Terms
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them before placing an order.

Shipping of Items Produced Upon Order

1. Production on Demand
• Certain items in our store are crafted or manufactured only after an order is placed. These products are clearly labeled as “Made-to-Order” on their respective product pages to ensure transparency.
• Production ensures exclusivity, reduces waste, and allows us to offer high-quality, personalized items tailored to your preferences. Production times vary by item and are stated on the product page. Typical production periods range from 1-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

2. Shipping Timeline
• The stated shipping times at checkout apply after the production period is complete. For example, if production takes 2 weeks and shipping takes 5–7 business days, your item will arrive approximately 3 weeks from the order date.
• You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Order Changes or Cancellations
• Orders for made-to-order items can only be altered or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production begins, and changes cannot be accommodated.
• If you wish to update your order within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately.

4. Returns and Refunds
• Due to the unique nature of on-demand production, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
• If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
