Returns and Exchange Policy
At Moonkin, we are committed to providing high-quality leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns and Exchange Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom or personalized items.
• Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as "final sale."
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Process for Returns
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at moonkin@moonkin.pt to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Ship the Return: Send the item to the address provided in the return authorization email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. To initiate an exchange:
1. Contact our customer service team with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
2. Return the original item following the return process above.
3. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship the replacement.
4. If the exchange is requested due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the costs of both the return shipping and sending the replacement item. For all other reasons, the shipping costs associated with the exchange are the customer's responsibility.
If the replacement item has a price difference, you will either be refunded or charged the balance accordingly.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
• Notify us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.
• We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Note: Please be aware that colours may appear different due to variations in screen calibration and settings. Such differences are not considered defects and will not be eligible for a return or exchange as a defective item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please:
